The visit to Sovestro in Poggio was a lot of fun. Fausto gave an informational tour about the property and wine and olive production in the region. A great meal and wine tasting followed. It was not rushed and gave us time to make new friends from Germany and France. The wines and olive oil were both excellent. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work and products.
